Pet Policy

Pet-friendly living that fits your everyday rhythm. At Deer Park, your cat or dog has room to settle in while you enjoy practical apartment comforts like generous closet space and a patio or balcony in many homes. Step outside for a quick breath of fresh air in the courtyard, or make a longer outing part of the day with nearby walking and biking trails around Anchorage’s U-MED District.

For dogs that need more room to roam, University Lake Park offers designated off-leash opportunities close to the neighborhood, while on-site conveniences like controlled access, laundry facilities, and online service requests help keep home life running smoothly. Review the pet policy details below, then explore our community amenities or schedule a tour to see Deer Park with your pet’s routine in mind.
